We tell stories to drive change.

What is a positive outlier?

positive outlier is an ordinary person who does extraordinary things in similar circumstance to their peers. To drive widespread, scalable change, identify these outliers, capture their stories, and share them with others to inspire replication. As more people adopt their innovations, they, too, become positive outliers—creating a ripple effect of transformation.

We host a podcast. 🎧

In partnership with the California Environmental Literacy Initiative and Ten Strands, Cheney Munson hosts and Environmental Superheroes podcast that tells the stories of educators and students doing extraordinary things. If you or your schools want to be showcased, get in touch.
