PD that’s actually fun.

Our sessions are interactive, experiential, and responsive to the needs of partipants.

We aim for a blend of practicality and inspiration, showing how climate and environmental literacy can rally a school community and amplify strategic goals. We model how this work can enhance standards and adopted curriculum through place-based, project-based learning.

We foster collaboration across disciplines, aligning content areas, departments, grade levels, and stakeholders with a shared vision and common language.

We help schools and districts create more synchrony and reciprocity among diverse stakeholders while honoring unique perspectives and strengths.

When we can, we get outside and explore ways to use the building and grounds as a teaching tool.

We make getting outside fun and easy, showing teachers how to connect the outdoors to their content—or simply enjoy the fresh air.

Our PD is student-centered with plenty of time to process, plan, and collaborate.

Whether we're working with students in the classroom, leading a session, or analyzing their work, they remain at the heart of everything we do.
